Failed transactions can be the result of many factors including, but not limited to, the following:

  • Interrupted internet service

    • Confirm your internet connection is stable and refresh the page, then retry your transaction.

  • Incorrect Billing Address

    • Please make sure that your billing address is an exact match to the billing information associated with your Credit Card or else the payment will not be able to process.

  • Time-out

    • Time-outs are common and usually caused by the following:

      • Page being left open for an extended period of time causing the token to expire.

      • Switching apps while filling out the form / billing info.

  • Internet browser being used

    • Try a different web browser, or an incognito / private tab. We recommend Google Chrome. If you are still having trouble, turn off all plugins such as Adblock, refresh the page and try again.

  • Mistake in the payment information entered

    • Double and triple-check that all payment information is correct.

CSRF Token Mismatch

This is a common error message which can be caused by the following:

  1. Browser plugins such as Adblock

  2. Using Incognito / Private browsing modes

  3. Time-outs (page being open for an extended period of time causing the token to expire) - Time-outs can also be caused on some devices by switching apps while filling out the form / billing info.
