Refunds

CrowdChange cannot issue refunds for donations made on your CrowdChange site. This must be handled by an administrator from your Charity / Organization.

Please follow the steps below to send your request directly to an administrator:

1. Go to the fundraising page you are inquiring about.

2. Under the "Questions?" or “Have Questions?” section, click "Contact Us".

3. Select "I have a question for the host of this event" from the drop-down menu.

4. Put in your question and it will be sent directly to the host who will be able to assist you.
